At Once Upon a Time Hackland House, Hayes, we strive to create a family feel environment where children, families and staff can feel comfortable and secure in their surroundings. We consider parents as partners in their children’s nursery experience, and we bridge the gap between home and setting.

Our nurseries are set up in an inviting and stimulating way which is bright, attractive and appealing which promotes active learning and encouraged holistic development. The setting has two play rooms, The Caterpillar Room for children aged from birth to 2 years and the Butterfly Room for children aged over 3.

Our staff are trained to understand the importance of working with children as individuals knowing their likes and dislikes, building relationships, helping them to strive and improve outcomes in their development.
